Cooking Themes
Menus are changed weekly, depending on the season and availability of farm produce. The dishes are just suggestions of what might be prepared in the class. Private groups receive a customized menu a few days before their class, based on dietary preferences.
NOTE: EACH CLASS WILL HAVE A MENU - If you would like something specific please let us know.
Also, BE SURE TO COMMUNICATE ANY DIETARY PREFERENCES.
